    1 ripe mango
    1 red bell pepper
    1 jalapeno
    1/2 red onion chopped
    1/2 teaspon lime peel, grated
    1 lime, juiced
    1 cup fresh cilantro
    1/4 teaspon salt.


chop all ingredients and mixed them toguether.
serve over any meat.

  • I believe there is something wrong with your recipe here. When I saw that you had 1/4 tsp of salt, and the sodium content is only showing 2.2, I compared the ingredients details, to the ingredients you have listed. In your initial recipe, you have lemon peel instead of salt = nutrients incorrect. - 5/4/08
