Ingredients

2 Cups of Snow Peas
8 Ounces Wheat Grass Juice. I grow it from seed and juice it.
2 Lemons or to taste. I like 2-3.
Turmeric Root 3 inches or more if possible. Can use dried. Good for pain. Antioxidant.
Ginger Root. To taste.
1 Cup Grapes
1 Cup Cilantro
1 Sweet Potato.
3 Carrots.
1 Bunch of Asparagus.
Swiss Chard 3 cups.
Kale 4 cups.
Parsley 2 cups.
2 cups Fenugreek sprouts. Grow your own from seeds.
3 cups Mung Bean Sprouts.
1 Clove Garlic. It tastes good juice. Optional.
1 Tbsp. MCT oil. Helps nutrient absorption. Brain food. From Health food store.
1 Tbsp. Lecithin. From health food store. Brain food.
Tips
My grocery store orders fresh turmeric on request for me. To juice wheat grass you need a Sampson or Omega, Norwalk, Angel juicer. They are able to press the juice from it. A breville cannot extract wheat grass or green juices as well. There are also specialty wheat grass juicers available. If you have not consumed wheat grass juice or juices, start with a small amount of juice as it will make you go. Build up your tolerance.
Directions
Use the harder vegetables to feed the greens through the juicer. I order wheat grass seed from the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego Ca. They test theirs for freshness. The Fenugreek seed I order for sprouting from the Sprout People. To vary the flavor add large quantities of herbs. I have used dill, peppermint, rosemary, basil, oregano, lemon grass etc. Be generous to hide the green flavor. The MCT oil is a brain food and the Lecithin. The small amount of oil adds in the turmeric and other ingredients being absorbed better. It lends a creamy flavor to the juice.
