Ingredients

    1/2 apple
    3 cups mixed greens
    2 tbsp feta
    1 tbsp reduced-calorie dressing

    1/2 apple
    1 tbsp. peanut butter

Directions

Toss 3 cups of mixed greens with 1/2 of a medium, sliced apple. Top with 2 tbsp feta cheese and 1 tbsp reduced calorie dressing.

Later, eat the remaining half of apple with 1 tbsp. peanut butter as a snack.
