Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana
    1 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 c. fresh spinach
    1 c. nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. ground flax seed (may use less as according to your taste)

Tips

If using frozen raspberries, process on "ice crush" with the milk before adding other ingredients.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. If consistency is thicker than you like, you may add water to thin it.
