Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean ground turkey
    2 jumbo eggs
    1 large Annahiem pepper, minced
    2 tsp. rosemary, finely ground
    2 tsp. basil, finely ground
    2 tsp. oregano, finely ground
    2 tsp. peppercorns, finely ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Place in baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 60 minutes or until browned.
Remove and let rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing.


Serving Size: Makes 8 equal sized pieces.
