    1/2 cup vegetable soup w/ beef broth
    3 cloves garlic
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 onion sliced
    4 celery stalks sliced
    1 head napa cabbage, shredded
    1/2 cup lite soy sauce


stir fry ingredients until tender crisp, (3-5 min)
serve over rice and meat.
