Introduction

Fancy and easy as pie.... So incredibly yummy! You can make 6 large or 10 small, depending on your appetite. Fancy and easy as pie.... So incredibly yummy! You can make 6 large or 10 small, depending on your appetite.

Ingredients

    5 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
    10 T unsalted butter
    3 eggs
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c powdered sugar
    1/2 c flour

Directions

Makes 10 small cakes or 6 large cakes.

Butter ramekins (6 large or 10 small). Heat the oven to 450 degrees.

Melt butter and chocolate together over a double boiler. Be sure not to burn the chocolate or let any steam get into the mixture.

Beat the eggs and yolks until fluffy, then add sugar. Mix until well combined and add chocolate mixture. Stir again.

Add flour and mix gently until just combined.

Pour into ramekins and bake for 9-11 minutes until tops are just solidified.

Run a knife along the edge of the ramekins to loosen and turn out onto a plate.

Enjoy!
