    3 c broccoli, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    8 oz Barilla Veggie spaghetti
    1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 c parmesan cheese


Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes. Remove from water. Save 1/4 c of the cooking liquid. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the broccoli and pine nuts. Cook 2 minutes to heat. Add the pasta to the vegetable mix. Add the grated cheese, salt, pepper, and cooking water. Heat through and reduce liquid if runny.
