1 c arborio rice
2 T olive oil
1/2 c onion
2 pkt Herb Ox No Sodium Granulated Chicken Bouillon
3 c. hot water
Tips
This recipe is sodium free. You may want to look at potassium content if you are on a limited potassium diet.
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil
Add rice, stir for 2-3 min,
Stir in 1 c of water until water is absorbed
Continue with other 2 c of water, 1 at a time, until all water is absorbed.
Let stand for 5 min.
Rice will thicken.
