    Fresh Spinach, eggs/egg beaters, half and half, swiss cheese, bacon, all in a pie crust.


Turn oven onto 350 degrees. Mix eggs and half and half. Cook bacon in skillet. Chop bacon and chop rinsed spinach (remove stems). Layer bacon, swiss cheese and spinach in pie crust. Once all the "dry" ingredients are in, pour in the egg/cream mixture. Carefully transfer pie to oven (rest it on a baking sheet because if the pie is really full it will overflow a little). Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven. Check doneness with a toothpick in the center of the quiche. Let cool for 5 minutes to set eggs. Yum! Enjoy!
