Ingredients

    1 cup All-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1.5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    4 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
    2 cups low fat buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions

combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs and canola oil. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix to combine. Drop by 1/4-cup ladels on a non-stick griddle, flip and serve.
