Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup taco seasoning
    1 cup onions, chopped
    1/4 cup jalapenos, chopped
    15 oz kidney beans, cooked and rinsed
    15 oz pinto beans, cooked and rinsed
    15 oz corn
    28 oz diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup black olives, chopped
    3 cup tomato juice (V8)
    3 beef bullion cubes
    6 oz tomato paste

Tips

Can be made in a crock pot.


Directions

Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 4 hours.
