Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust
    1/4 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 whole zucchini
    1 cup of fresh spinach
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 oz of mozzarella part skim cheese
    1 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Mushroom & Ripe Olives

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Use one package of the Pillsbury Pizza Crust
Spread one cup of sauce over the pizza dough
Sprinkle some Mrs Dash Tomato, Garlic and Basil seasoning over the top
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top
Chop the Zucchini, spinach and onions and spread over the top
Sprinkle about 1 tbsp of olive oil over the top

cook at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes or follow directions on pizza crust package

Makes 6 servings/large slices

    I made this, adding sliced fresh mushrooms with the other vegetables. It's also good for using up those little bits of fresh vegetables, just chop them all up and toss them on the pizza! - 4/21/08

    use a Bolla pre made dough--(whole wheat) can find in the brad section...suaute some peppers,musrooms etc for toppings hum hum - 6/24/08

    Believe it or not, this pizza was better the next day! But each time, I am reminded that I dont like pillsbury pizza crusts though it's to sweet. But the mix of veggies was good. - 4/24/08
