Ingredients

    5 lbs potatoes- par boiled, cooled and shredded ( just use 5 lbs ore ida hasbrown potato thawed out)
    1 pint heavy whipping cream

    Not sure how to do serving size. Ore ida serving is 1.25 cups.... so 1.25 cups gets about 1.24 tablespoon of whipping cream

Directions

- heat oven to 350
- grease a 9x13 pan
- spread thawed out potatoes,
-salt and pepper the cream, pour cream over pototoes and back 25-35 minutes at 350
