    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *Onion chopped (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving
    vegetable broth (simple truth organic), 4 cup
    Raw Chickpeas, 3 cup
    Raw Lentil, 2.5 cup
    Raw Rainbow Chard, 10 cup
    Curry powder, 3 tbsp


Saute the onion with the olive oil until golden, add the curry, cayenne and broth, after a few minutes add the lentils and chickpeas bring to boil for 10 minutes(sort and rinsed the grains first) (for chickpeas is better to soak them over night in cool water for better cooking)after that bring the heat to medium for 10 minutes then add the chard, simmer for 10 minutes

Serving Size: 8-2 cups servings = 1Bolw
