Ingredients

    2T Balsamic vinegar
    2T light olive oil
    1tsp dry mustard
    5 tsp minced garlic
    2T onion flakes
    1 pkg pork tenderloin (2/pkg)

Tips

If you use brown butter instead of olive oil to sear the tenderloins, it adds an additional depth of flavor that is really good. Can also roast vegetables with while cooking the pork in the oven; baste with marinade when flipping the pork.

Directions

Mix marinade. Pour over pork; allow to marinate overnight if possible. Can also be cooked immediately. Heat small amt of olive oil in large cast iron skillet; sear pork on all sides in hot cast iron skillet, reserving the marinade. Pour marinade over the pork, and transfer skillet to 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes (flipping halfway thru) or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
