A yummy comfort food for winter. A yummy comfort food for winter.

Ingredients

    6 oz. cooked Pork loin, boneless, cooked, roasted, 6 oz
    Gravy from drippings of pork, 2 serving
    1 Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced thin
    1 Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large chopped
    1 Onion Raw .25 cup chopped
    cooked Egg Noodles, enriched, 2 cup

Directions

1.take cooked pork and cut thin put in sauce pan
2. take drippings and make gravy using cornstarch and water
3. add all else except noodles
4. cook over medium heat until bubbling.

5. cook noodles

6. serve over noodles and enjoy!
