Wonderful mixture of fresh and frozen ingredients full of flavor. This will help you meet your daily requirements of dairy, fiber, protein, Omega 3's, fruit and vegetable requirements without holding your nose! Ingredients

1/2 fresh banana
1/4 C Greek yogurt
1/4 C whole rolled oats
2 Tbsp flax seed
1/2 Cup frozen mixed berries
6-8 oz coconut water
Can add fresh spinach or kale if you choose. Use a full size blender container if you choose to do so.
Directions
Add frozen berries to single serve blender container.
Spoon in 1/4 cup Faye plain Greek yogurt
Add 1/4 cup uncooked whole rolled oats
Add 1/2 banana cut in pieces
Add 2 tbsp organic flax seed
Pour in 6-8 oz coconut water
Can add fresh spinach or kale - you cannot taste the greens if you do!
Blend until smooth and enjoy. You will remain full for hours!
