    8 cups Kale
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp salt


1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Peel kale off the stem, breaking into medium sized pieces.
3. Wash the kale in cold water. Shake excess water off and pat dry with dish towel.
3. Place kale on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil. Spread the kale so that there is some space between each leaf, making sure that the leaves do not touch.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Store in an air tight container. Eat and enjoy.
