Cut the number of pepperonis on each pizza in half, this will reduce the amount of oil and the calories. Use low fat or reduced fat cheese.

In in 1 ¾ cups warm water (105°F to 115°F) add 2 tablespoons honey and dissolve, add it ¼ ounce dry yeast, stir and let set for ten minutes to allow yeast to activate.
In a metal mixing bowl blend 2 cups all-purpose flour and salt add the activated yeast and mix well add one tablespoons olive oil and 1 cup flour and mix well, add a second of olive oil and a second cup of flour and mix well, and the third tablespoon of olive oil and a third cup of flour and mix well adding flour as needed by hand until the dough is springy. Kneed by hand fifteen times and place into an oiled glass ball and allowed to set covered until the dough doubles in size (the room needs to be warm and shaded, if not face a small cup of water in the back of the oven, turn the oven on to the lowest temperature for 2 to 5 minutes and then place the dough in the oven after you turned it off).
Punch the dough down and divide in half. Form each half into a circular disk and roll each section into 12 inch crust. Recommend placing these two pie crust in the freezer for one hour or until frozen.

In a second mixing bowl, mix the Hunts pasta sauce, the Italian seasoning, the crushed oregano, the granulated garlic, and the granulated sugar and mix well.
