Ingredients

1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup oats (quaker)
3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chia seeds and 1/4 cup flax milled
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanila extract
Tips
Store cooled cookies in airtight container, should lasts for about a week on you kitchen counter.
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside. Cream together all the wet ingredients including the brown sugar, then slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet using a stand up or hand mixer until well incorporated. Use a cookie scoop for the cookies and lightly flatten the tops before baking at 12 mins on baking sheets lined with parchment paper at 350 deg, until golden brown. Once baked, removed from sheets and cool on racks.
