4 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 cup warm water
Tips
I subbed mint extract for vanilla for a St. Paddy's Day treat.
Directions
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 in. baking dish. Mix in dry ingredients.
2. Make three “depressions” or holes. Two small, one big. In the first small hole add vinegar. In the second small hole add vanilla. In the larger hole add oil. Do not mix.
3. Pour warm water over the three holes. Mix until thoroughly combined.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: makes nine squares
