Number of Servings: 6


    *2 15 oz can Black Beans, undrained
    *1 15 oz can Pinto Beans, undrained
    *3 C Fat free Chicken Broth
    *1 cup, Celery, diced
    *1 med Onion, chopped
    *14 oz reduced fat (5g) Turkey polska Kielbasa, diced
    *1 tsp Garlic powder
    *3/4 tsp dried Oregano
    *3/4 tsp dried Thyme
    *3 Bay leaves, dried
    *1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    *1/4 tsp Black Pepper


If you have the time, I recommend simmering the soup mixture longer because it brings out more flavor. If you need to meet your carb quota for the day, serve over cooked brown rice. Yum!


Mix all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves prior to eating.
