Shanny's Savory Parm Salmon

1 cup of low fat mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
Paprika and black pepper to taste
1 skin on salmon fillet
1 whole sliced onion
I find that the onions on the bottom of the fish helps absorb some of the fishy smell if there's any.
I like making this fish on a cookie sheet because it makes it more crispy. If you want a more juicy salmon the glass 9x13 pan may work better.
Bake on 400 f for 25 - 35 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
