    prepare one spaghetti squash (cut, remove seeds, bake rind up for 40 min and when cooled, scrape out squash). Add squash to greased casserole pan.
    Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 cup cojack shredded cheese
    1 1/3 cup shredded Italian style cheese
    1 pound of pre-cooked cubed chicken breast
    garlic powder to taste
    Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 for about 45 min or until heated through and cheeses are melted.


I'm thinking this would be good with any type of veggies you might want to add; broccoli, cauliflower, etc.


bake at 350 for 45 minutes to heat through and melt cheese.

Serving Size: makes 6 decent size servings
