    May add dried fruit or nuts as desired.

Directions

pour milk, oats and cream cheese in small drops into microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 30 seconds, remove, stir and repeat until cream cheese has melted and smoothed in (may add a little water to accommodate your consistency preferences). Then stir in sugar free jam or jelly in whatever flavor you desire - Yummmy!!!!
