    White cake mix
    Unsweetend applesauce
    3 egg whites
    1 large box of sugar free strawberry jello
    2 cups water
    1 small box sugar free fat free vanilla instant
    2 cups milk
    Cool Whip Lite


Make white cake according to directions on box except use 1 1/4 c water, 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce and 3 egg whites.
Poke holes in the cake with a wooden spoon handle while still hot. Dissolve Jello in 2 c of boiling water. Pour over cake, making sure to get entire cake.
Let cool. Make pudding according to the box.
Cover cake with the pudding. Cover the pudding layer with a layer of Cool Whip Lite.
