Ingredients

    1 Apple, Gala (medium)
    1 Medium Raw Carrot
    1 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger Root
    1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Orange/Lemon/Lime Peel (You choose which one to use).
    3 Tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
    1 oz Orange/Lemon/Lime Juice (again you choose)
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 C Raisins (not packed).
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 chopped sprigs of Dill weed, fresh (Can use Freeze Dried)

Tips

You can vary the spices and the fruit or vegetable.


Directions

Grate apple, carrot, ginger and citrus peel into medium bowl. Add raisins, mayo, sugar and citrus juice and spices and mix thoroughly.
Chill. Sprinkle with a little dill to top off.
