MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE MIXING BOWL.
FOR THE FIRST MEAL MAKE 7 3-OZ PATTIES (ABOUT 3" IN DIAMETER) AND COOK FRY IN FRYING PAN OR BAKE IN OVEN.
THEN PLACE THE REST OF THE MEAT MIXTURE INTO A MEATLOAF PAN OR PYREX, COVER AND PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR FREEZE IT. BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
