Wow! This is soooo good, and so healthy! Wow! This is soooo good, and so healthy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts (about 5oz each)
    4 T No Salt Chicken Seasoning
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 Can (14.5oz) Stewed tomatoes (w/ onions celery & Green Peppers, no salt added)
    Italian Seasoning
    4 oz Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Clean and Trim all visible fat from chicken breasts. Season with chicken seasoning, and cook through on grill. Bring stewed tomatoes, Italian seasoning and olive oil to a simmer on stove top in skillet. Remove chicken from grill, place in oven safe dish, pour stewed tomatoes and seasonings over the chicken, then top with cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
