Ingredients

    28 oz can Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 10 oz can Campbell's Tomato Soup
    1 pkg (5 link) Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
    19 oz Black beans
    19 oz Red Kidney beans
    1 cup frozen Corn
    1 large (1.25 c) Green Pepper chopped
    1 large Onion (1.25 cup) chopped
    2 tsp.Chili powder
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp. black Pepper
    1 tsp ground cumin

Directions

Remove casings. Fry sausage, breaking up, until no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
Dice pepper and onion, mince garlic. Add to crock pot. Add sausage, tomatoes, corn, soup, spices. Lastly add drained and rinsed beans. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 8. This is a very mild chili. Add more spice to suit.
