    6 Idaho potatoes
    1 cup 2% milk
    3 tbs butter
    6 tbs cream cheese


Dice potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.
Once cooked, drain and add milk, butter and cream cheese to pot. Bring to a low simmer and add potato back to pot. Turn heat off and mashed potatoes until desired smoothness.
Add mashed potato mixture to baking dish and cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
