Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, peeled and mashed
    Inside of 1 avocado
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and serve. I use it as burrito filling and top with fresh salsa.
