    1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries (Cherry Flavored)
    1/4 Cup Orange Juice
    1/3 Cup Reduced-Calorie Maple-flavored Syrup
    1 Tbsp. Margarine
    1/4 Tsp. ground Cinnamon
    1 can (23 oz.) sweet potatoes in light syrup
    4-4 oz. Chicken Breasts, bone and skin removed.


Makes 4-4oz. servings
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook Chicken in skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until brown.

While Chicken is cooking, heat cranberries, orange juice, syrup, margarine, and cinnamon to boiling in a 1 quart saucepan. Arrange sweet potatoes around Chicken. Pour orange juice mixture over chicken and potatoes.

Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink.
