Ingredients

    Potato, grated, 5 small or 4 medium
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    Dill, 1 tsp
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Grated potatoes into a bowl.
Mince garlic.
Mix in egg, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fry 1/4 inch thick patties in oil until lightly browned.
