    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or fruit of choice)
    1 med. banana (frozen)
    1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
    1 serving greek yogurt (flavor of choice)
    1 cup skim milk
    1 handful baby spinach
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Blend well in food processer and enjoy!
