Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Egg white, 10 serving
    Cake Flour, 1 cup
    Cream Of Tartar 11/4 tsp
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    Kraft Jell-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 1 box of any kind.
    I like Lime

Directions

Beat Egg whites until frothy.
Beat Cream of Tartar until soft peaks
Gradually add sugar until stiff
Occasionally scrap sides of dish
Sift in Flour over mixture continue beating
until nice and firm.
Cook in cake pan at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Once cook, take out of pan immediately.
Poke hole all thru top of cake then pore just made Jello pkg mix. Let cool in Fridge for 3 hours. Serve with Cool Whip...very good. Only 3pts
