Ingredients

    1 large can mushrooms drained
    1/2 med onion chopped
    2 Tbl margarine
    1 pkg chopped spinach - frozen
    1/4 cup shredded low fat mozzarella

Directions

Saute onions add mushrooms and cook til onions are golden. Prepare spinach according to pkg directions.
Drain well. Add spinach to the mushroom onions and mix well. Put into a round serving dish sprinkle mozzarella on top. Microwave on reheat til cheese is melted. Serve.
