Ingredients



    *flour, unbleached, enriched, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Buttermilk, lowfat, .25 cup
    *Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 4 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare glass bread pan: spread Crisco with paper towel and then flour the pan, discarding the excess.

Mix dry ingredients including nuts. Put banana's through a food mill or use a stick blender to mash. beat eggs well. Mix all wet ingredients together.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add all of the wet ingredients at once, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake at 350 45 - 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
