    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3 pounds)
    14oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup orange juice
    zest from one large orange
    salt & pepper to taste


Stir together cranberry sauce, orange juice, zest, and dried cranberries. Put in slow cooker.
Add seasoned chicken breasts to slow cooker.
Cook chicken breasts on low for about 4 hours.
Remove chicken breasts and transfer liquid to a saute pan.
Bring liquid to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened and reduced.
Serve orange glaze over chicken breasts.
