Ingredients

    1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
    1 cup Onion, sliced
    1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup Green beans, destemmed and sliced in half (if large)
    1.5 cup Diced tomatoes, drained

    Seasoning:
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic powder
    Minced garlic
    Basil
    Parsley
    Oregano

    Pam/EVOO

Directions

Slice all veggies. Drain water from tomatoes. Saute veggies in nonstick skillet with salt, pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, basil, oregano, parsley. Toward end, add feta and stir. Serves 4.
