    850 g potatoes, peeled and quatered
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 dash tabasco sauce
    1 tsp parsley, dried
    1 tbsp olive oil


Boil potatoes, drain. Mash, then stir in ketchup, tabasco and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Shape mixture into 8 small patties, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil, gently fry the potatoe cakes on each side.
Serve with tomatoes, cooked mushrooms, bacon.
