A salad full of veggies, fruits, and berries.
A little protein goes a long way. Tuna is good because it compliments the different flavors, but grilled chicken can also be used.

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped or shredded Romaine
    Handful of blueberries ( about 6)
    1 strawberry, sliced
    1 small carrot, sliced or shredded
    4-5 strips of yellow bell pepper
    4-5 strips of red bell pepper
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    3-4 slices of mango
    2-3 slices avocado
    4-5 pecan halves, chopped if desired
    1 slice of cheddar or colby cheese
    1-2 black olives, sliced or halved
    1 pkg (2.5 oz) Starkist Tuna Creations

Directions

Prepare all ingredients. Combine lettuce, carrots, Olives, and celery and arrange on a plate. Add fruits, peppers, cheese, and nuts. Top with tuna.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Salad
