    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Vanilla Soymilk, about 1 3/4 C ( or 1 C cows milk, plus more if needed)
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (=1 TBS)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large


Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. In seperate bowl, beat together egg, milk, & oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Bake 20-30 min.

Add 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries (increasing sugar to 1/2 C for that), or another other fruits that you like, Or substitue 1 C mashed very ripe banana for 3/4 C of the milk. Or add up to 1/2 C chocolate chips to the batter.

Adding these extras will alter the nutritional content.
