    2 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup unsweetened carob powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt

    1 cup chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)


Use carob frosting recipe.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients, but the chips into food processor until smooth and creamy.
Add chips and pulse once or twice.
Pour into 9 X 13 greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool, frost, cut and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 12 equal squares. One square equals one serving.
