Introduction

Ingredients

    55 G Scallions chopped
    108 G Sweet Red Pepper Chopped
    215 G Crimini mushrooms sliced
    1/2 c Arugula chopped just a bit
    Penzeys Ruth Ann's Muskego Avenue seasoning or seasonings of your choice.

Directions

Preheat pan and add non stick spray. Chop and toss in the scallions. Let cook for one minute, then add peppers. After 2 or 3 minutes add mushrooms. Let cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Rinse the Arugula chop slightly and add to pan. Let cook until wilted. After I have added the mushrooms I sprinkle on the Penzey's seasoning
