Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 28 oz. can fired roasted tomatoes
    1 cup beef broth
    1 bag of Skinny Dip rice Pearls, rinsed and drained
    1 cup of diced celery
    1 cup of shredded carrots
    1 quartered and sliced zucchini
    1 cup snapped fresh green beans
    1 can white kidney beans
    1 jar of Ragu light Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce (no sugar)
    2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Serving suggestion top with grated parmesan cheese


Directions

Brown Hamburger add garlic and onion in a stock pot. Add all ingredients, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, simmer on low for 35 - 40 minutes.
