Ingredients

    5 kale leaves, chopped fine
    2 roasted ed peppers, Chopped
    I small red onion, chopped
    1 can of cannellini beans, drained
    1 can of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
    1/2 can of black olives, halved
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    Juice of one lemon
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix & blend everything together.

Serving Size: Make 3 meal size bowl
