Introduction

Wanted something a bit different to make with stew beef. Looked at what I had in my pantry and threw a bunch together. Wanted something a bit different to make with stew beef. Looked at what I had in my pantry and threw a bunch together.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb stew beef
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 cans Del Monte Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
    1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/2 cup butternut squash, cubed
    1 cup merlot

Tips

I choose to serve over quinoa, but you could choose to serve over rice or noodles.


Directions

Combine flour, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in a ziploc bag. Put beef into bag and shake to coat. Add coated beef to slow-cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours or until squash and beef are cooked.
