Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz whole raw almonds, soaked overnight (weigh before soaking)
    1 clove fresh garlic
    1 whole orange, peeled
    Juice of one lemon, or add one half of peeled fresh lemon
    4 tblspns nutritional yeast
    Salt to taste
    1/4-1/2 cup water, sufficient for blending

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 1/2-cup servings
